We generally only post on Monday and Friday.

Shipping within Australia is calculated based upon weight, we ship using Australia Post regular service. Express Shipping can be requested at an extra charge. Please email to arrange.


Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $25 AUD for one item. For more than two items, your shipping will be revised and we will be in touch with the extra International shipping rate of approximately $10 AUD on top of your paid rate.


SALE: We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase. Feel free to ask as many questions as possible before making your purchase. WE DO NOT OFFER ANY RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS. As we are a very small business, it takes away the little profit we sometimes make on a sale item.

All other purchases: You may return new, unused FULL PRICE items within 14 days of purchase for a refund, exchange or credit. Items must be unworn and in brand new condition. Return shipping is to be PAID by you, the BUYER. Orders returned after 14 days will only be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Please email prior to returning an item and we will provide you with the return address. Refunds are applied to the original credit card or method of payment. Original shipping charge will not be refunded.


We will process your refund within 3 business days of receiving your returned item/s. Credit card refunds usually take about 5 days to process (depending on your financial institution).
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Only full priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately we will not refund on sale goods only exchanged or credit note issued.
